Pulled last night

Driving through town, blue lights on the T5 and i pulled over. he says i have a headlight out, and to my suprise i did!! then he says my car wasn't a reigstered vehicle!! its because of the new private plates and the DVLA havn't updated the police register. so he run a check on the VIN numbers etc. Do i have to pay a garage to stamp the pink slip i have to post back?

i got caught with blue sidelight bulbs and luckily i got my work to stamp the slip for free but its suposed to cost and you only got 14 days i think to return it or they give you points or sumat hope this info helps you dude

just take it to your local mot tester usually they dont charge but some do
