Just a quick question... what will happen if the amp is not earthed properly??

make sure the power leads arnt near the phono/rca leads they could pick up static

check rca lead connections at both ends

had a lad in work today with his amp not workign i took of the earth redid the battery connection showed where to earth it and what a shock it work lol i see peopel bodge amp fits all day logn people dont bother if ur gonna run an eartn through the wing pannel more dmaage than good watched a 306 owner snap the bonnet hinge and snapped the amp wire as his MATE fitted it like a twat lol i saved him from being shocked literally
not saying halfords fits are cheap but we know what were doing 85% of the time lol :P well if u ask the right person
anywho if anyone has trouble fitting owt or wants kit fitting pm me im a part time fitter at halfords and i love helping people to kit their cars properly and this makes me happy liked today i fitted 2 jap steros and 4 normal ones and repaired 3 cars audio lol

9 times out of ten its the earth at fault
halfrauds are still useless though ;) :p
