Lowering a Saxo

Hi im looking to lower the front of my Saxo 1.1. Does anyone know how to do this or is there some guide on here I can use? I know the rear ones are a pain to do because of the torsion bar, but help on how to do the front is appreciated. Sorry if this has been asked before!!

Well I have a slight inclin of how to do it but my mate is pretty sound with cars and knows how to put springs on but not on saxos
