Am raising torsion bar tonite.
Car was 60 at front and miby 70 at back when i bought it but i wasnt happy with handling.
I changed the front to 40 with new spax dampers on sunday and am gona takle the rear tonite
Im planing to follow a few lowering guides in reverse lol
1 thing i noticed was my car was lower one side so Im thinkin the notch method was used before
Im think it will be hard cos I cant say what height to rasie as I cant tell how low it is to begin with gona be trial and error i think

measure from the jacking point on the front to the floor then measure the jacking point on the back then raise it to even them out.

If you take the toursion bar rite out and let the arm drop that should be standard height :)

it should be 400mm from arch to teh lip on the hub. so if its lowered 70mm it will be 330mm. if you want it lowered 40mm you'll need to make it 360mm.

Mite use the jacking points as a check
Cheers williams mate thats what i was after.
Its funny when people give advice when they have never done it nor are clued up on the subject. Suppose its the thot that counts
