sorting out my boot, as everything is fre to fly everywhere and as a result my componants now sound shite as if they have 100watts being thrown at them!

May aswell upgrade all my wireing at the same time, atm got standard wires that came with the componants, and Fli wiring kit.

Is there any wire companies that are top notch?

Need Grounding wire, Remote wire (maybe) and Speaker wire for the componants.

want better stuff so budget of £40 for the above needed.

any advice?

hmm not bad, need to get it all separatley really as i dont need some of it for the time being.

Will need to get the power wire and distribution block in a month or so. When i upgrade my whole setup.

the setup will be this: http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=135814

So what guage wire from the battery to a distribution block and then what wire from the block? Also do i do anything different with the fuse of the setup or do i need more fuses?
and what distribution block will i need, dont want anything too expensive for that bit.

cheers

best to use is 0awg to the block then down to 4awg if ure amp cant take the 0. go to ure local welding supplier for the runs of power and ground in 0awg and get some stinger terminals stinger also do d blocks as well

get on to vibeaudio.co.uk if you e-mail them they can arrange to get you pretty much what ever you want. all my sound system apart from the head unit is vibe, and the sound quality is emmence. i think the only wire you can't by seperately from them is the remote wire, but you can use pretty much anything for this within reason lol.

I think vibe stuff is overrated tbh, but it is better than a lot of the crap out there!

If you just need seperate strips of wire try maplins. They even have 0 awg cable at reasonable prices. They do speaker cable as well...

well, im just wireing up my componants, made a bodge job of them last time so doing it properly now. Bought most of the wire now from car audio i think it was. Just nipping out to get some more.

So i need 0awg from the battery to the distribution block, then 4awgs going to two alpine amps one mono for the sub and one for the compnonants??

Are all blocks the same or do you have to get certain ones for ceertain awg wires?

Also how did poeple get the wire for the front door speakers to the car? i cant get that thing off, last time i just brought it out the front of the speaker :( but atm am gonna drill through my door :D

Yes, i drilled a small 5mm hole in the door and fed the wire through it.

Make sure you do it in a place where it wont get trapped by anything.

Yes, 0 awg from the battery, then into a fused dissy block then 4 awg out to the amps.

Those blocks are bloody expensive!!!:fcuk:
