Hello All

One of my PS3 pads will not work wireless, when pressing the PS button the four red lights just flash. now i believe there is a reset button on the back of the pad and i have pushed this in but still to no avail...

anyone else had something similar and resolved this>

are you sure its a wireless controller?

i think you need to plug it in, then turn it on. then disconnect it

No No No , ok let me explain in more detail

it only works when its connected to PS3 through the cable, its been like this for about 2 months now so i know its fully charged

But when i come to use it wireless and take the cable out, i press the PS button and it cannot connect if that makes sense, so i have to plug the cable back into it and use it like that

Mine was doing this thought i had broke it all i did was when i went to play on ps3 just unpluged the cable from controller and pressed the ps button to turn console on and it worked wireless.

yea i plugged it in to charge it about 3 months ago and now it wont work wireless. oh well ill order a new one from the play and send this one back

maybe i was right. could just be a PS2 controller with a loose cable so you can take it out. haha
