I dunno if its just me not being used to the car but the rear end on my saxo feels very sloppy. I have a 97 vtr standard ride height.

When entering a bend at a little speed (i dont mean driving like a tw@) the rear end seems very skitish and unpredictable, its a feeling you have to experience when driving the car but in my opinion something is wrong. The car seems to constantly want to step out and oversteer.

I was wondering if there are any bushes that could be causing this problem that i could check and if this is a common problem?

Or is it just how standard ride height saxos are?

i have had mine on 3 wheels going round a bend!!! although that was probably due to the camber of the road....i think its fairly normal as i never like to push mine too hard round corners...

What tyres do you have? When i had 2-3mm tread rear tyres (cheapo budgets!) the back of the car didn't feel that great especially under heavy braking then turning ever so slightly. Also self inducing lift off over steer was a complete handful and very twitchy indeed. I had the car lowered and new tyres almost together so I can't really comment any further.

Mine sticks to the road like glue, even before i had it lowered. It could be ur tyres, mies a lil bit slippy just now cos i've got cheaper tyres on mine. Before i had Nankangs on and i liked them

That settles it i think its my tyres lol I have wanlis, what the crock are they?? haha

Its got to be a set of good tyres off blackcircles or mytyres lol

I used to have a mk2 golf, lowered, chunky wheels and rear strut brace and that never ever let go.
So going from that to this you can understand why i had to see if it was a problem on my car.
