saxo vs..

this has probably been talked about before but i got a 2000 vtr since last june.
got 100K on the clock now but since ive had it, had nothing but trouble with it costmetically wise. the paint just seems to be shit. mechanically its been a dream.
anyway, getting a new car in july time and i cant decide.
my options at the minute are:
saxo VTS
pug 106 gti
fiesta zetec-s
was also thinking of a 1.6 16V astra but ive heard more bad points about them than good.

if anyones owned any of the cars above, and can compare, or just generally knows alot about them, could anyone gimmie some advice;)

Astra's are heavy as f**k and understeer loads when cornering...ive been told...they wiegh loads aswell....a VTR can beat an Astra 1.6 16v...

had a 106 gti, and always thought they were nicer than a saxo vts mk2....but have a saxo vts mk 2 now, and i prefer the vts!!

have you thought about a honda civic ek4 vti or a crx v-tec

i just like the build quality of the ZS after driving my vtr for a year im sick of the rattles and shit from it.
i have thought about civics but i just prefer the vts, gti and ZS.
looks wise, i like them all but i prefer the look of vts to gti but i think the gti was built a bit better to the gti but i wouldnt know for sure.
i think out of the frenchies i would have the vts but i cant decide between vts and ZS:y:

VTS will leave the ZS for dead, but I'm sure you probably know that already. ZS is slightly better built, better gearbox, cheaper to insure. Try both and see what you think.
