am planning on puttin new vtr seats in my forte and the doorcards wont match so i am thinkin how to do it or would it have to be done professional and how would i just get the old material off and what material reps given thank

go to a material shop n find some :)

just undo the door card n have a look round, think theres a guide on here somewhere:)

do a search mate, i dine to match the GTi interior its quite easy but you need to think before you do it

i am going to get round to doing a guide at one point but ever had the time tbh

all i can recommend you do is to take your time with it and be patient, also stretchy material works a lot better

best place for material is ebay mate

got mine from there faux suede it was called, its a subsitute for alcantara as alcantara is very expensive

how many metres do you think i will need for a 5 door??

a 5 door id say get a metre for each door tbh mate, its cheap enough so you may aswell get 5 metres, always est to get more than what you need


actually have you thought about getting a hold of some doorcards from a 5 door saxo desire???

well id seriously look into it mate, can get them quite cheap from breakers and would save you retrimming them, they look like this
