I got a nose bleed once when i fell down the stairs, that was rash.

just soak it in cold water in the bath u'll see virtually all the blood come out within ten mins if not leve it overnight cause it will come out, warm water jus makes it worse, trust me i used make myself get nose bleeds in school so i could go home lol? :boxing:

never really have nose bleeds alot though for a while a year or 2 ago i got them quite frequently when i was goin out on the piss and stayin up for like 3 days. smoked alot in them 3 days and it made me quite poorly which is why i think i got the nose bleeds. apparantly quite dangerous if you suddenly get a headache then have a nose bleed!

Someone beat me to the cold water thing ... it's your best bet for blood like, works every single time as well!

As for the nose bleed what you doing to stop them? Pinching the bridge of your nose or sitting with your head back?

also had nose bleed when i got smacked on new years eve at donny dome. dint get smacked in the nose, had numerous blows to the head which eventually made my nose poor. wierd. got blood evry where but just came out when soaked outfit in warm water with lil bit of wash powder in the sink overnight. came out sparkilin.

also, i know alot of people tend to tilt their head back when they have a nose bleed. paramedic told me not supposed to do this, just squeeze the nostrils shut with your head up straight. this should stop bleeding pretty quickly.

Beat me to this, Feel at the top of the soft part of your nostrils for the 'boney' part, and squeeze there are hard as you feel comfortable, whilst leaning forward with your head towards your knees.

Pinch for 10mins, see if it stops, repeat two more times, if no joy, get your ass to hospital!
