The Corsa C SRi come with 2 different engines.

1.4 16v SRi
1.8 16v SRi

Nice car imo. and can be modded very nicely.

not that quick for what they are though.

corsa c the sri is a 1.4 or 1.8, after around 2004 it changes to an sxi+ for the 1.4, not sure if the 1.8 is still sri though, think it is.
corsa d sri is a 1.6 turbo, detuned vxr i think

The Corsa SRi is over rated lol the 1.4 SRi 16 corsa-C people say is just as fast as the VTR, but ive seen plenty of VTR's all over the 1.8 SRi so it must mean the 1.4 is just as quick as the 1.8... :homme:

to be fair that 1.8 lump isnt too bad, my bros got it in his Astra coupe bertone :homme: :p, its a really nice drives real nice and pulls really well for its size

personally i would stay vts, the corsa feels alot more solidly built but in my opinion looks horrid and doesnt feel as fast as the paper suggests, well the one i drove didnt, but it had 3 people in, and 2 were fat :)

the vts is a fun fast hatch but you wouldnt want to crash one thats for sure, hence the lightweightness :)

the astra vxr is sexual tho

... it doesnt lol :S im not the only one to think so its a fast car u only need 2 look at the speedo seeing it climb so easliy to understand how quick it is, but i dont think it feels harsh if u know what i mean its overly built and imo that ruins the run, my mate has just got one and they are fantastic i just dont think there that punch you in your face fast.

thats a modified 106 pal. chip the corsa and its buy buy 106 gti! you can only compare standard to stadard car!!

i could get a 300 brake corsa vxr and pan a vectra vxr...tune the vectra and its a different story!!

and as for punching you in the face lol...a vts doesnt do that either. it just feels quicker coz its the size of a rolar skate lol..and made like a tin can!
