ist recently blown twice. the other thing that stopped working is the rear demister. only thing ive changed on my car recently is dewiper the rear and put new speakers in... could either of those have fucked it?

i'd check that you havent caught any wiring adn its shorting out matey.

heated rear window and blower are on the same fuse F2 25a.

Cant see why de-wipering it or changing speakers would affect it unless you have knocked something where the rear motor was when you de-wipered it.
What did you do with the wires that came off the rear wiper motor, are they taped up out of the way of eveything?

i didnt tape em up because there wasnt really any exposed connectors or anything. i'll have a good look back there tomorrow though because i could have cocked something up.

fuse that lasted a while but then finally blew on one occasion when i turned the heaters on. would this mean the heater blower is faulty?
