just got back after driving 450 mile round trip to pick the vts up...wow its awsome. considering its 5 years old it is totally mint, the interior doesn't have a mark on it the exterior, alloys are all exceptional and credit to the guy who i got it off. il posts some pics later tonight

Newman PH3 285 degree camshafts

I'm sure there is more that I've forgotten, but do a bit of digging around and you'll find they are basically the must have parts for a vts. Let me know if you want any of it and I'll get you a price. Brakes have done about 5k miles, suspension about 3k miles, rest less than 1k. All mint condition really!!

...And good example of why you should get the car cambered, balanced etc especially if lowering it just on springs... the inside was completly worn away - despite there being near of 5-6 tread left on them!

soft side walls are an understatement! why the fuck make them like that? the rest of the tread has as you saw 5-6mm left on it - surely that can't just be normal wear?

Yeah it is mate, They dont have as much tread on the outside either to start off with. Mine look almost bald on the outside but 5/6mm on the centre bits. Helps a bit by overinflating the tyre e.g 34-36psi but in general not much you can do about it. Awesome tyres but look very tired very quickly.

I've had a couple of sets of Eagle F1s, unfortunately that is how they wear. Awesome tyres though.

fair enough - iv had k&n on all my cars Satri GTI, Punto GT etcc, only enclosed one iv had was on my cupra turbo and IMO it didn't make much difference at all to throttle response, let alone noise

as far as the lights go, iv got to send them back as both clips are broken :wall:
