vtr exhaust centre section Queries

hello i have an 02 vtr and on the centre section it has like a long silencer (someone told me that it was an expansion box) if i fit an after market centre section will this affect the running or damage my car at all?


can anyone recomend a centre section for me?

i have a 4" peco back box

If you fit an aftermarket straight through centre section it will only do good things for the car!

It will make it perform better and rev easier, it will sound better and it will be lighter!

It wont do any damage to it what so ever!

go to kam racing and get the superspring race center section! its ace!

ok, i went to road runner motor sport as its on my way home last night, they tell me i need to sections as the mk2 doesnt have a cat under neith so need senter section and "de-cat" to make it a system if you get what i mean

is the super sprint 1 pipe from manifold to back box?

The supersprint pipe goes from the back of the CAT through to the rear silencer,doing away with the first silencer.
