View Full Version : How do I remove My Pioneer head unit to fit an Ipod adapter in the IPbus socket???

As above really, I have a Pioneer DEH-P77MP Head unit..

you need some "keys"

Nah, I done it..

Just used a selection of screwdrivers, undone the cage a bit then used more screwdrivers down the holes where the 'key' should go and hey presto it popped out, now I have my Ipod fitted, so it charges and is connected by the fat Ipod socket, sounds PHATT!!!

Does yours have the control for the iPod running through the headunit?

Love how it charges as you listen to tunes tbh :)
