on monday night at about 4am

id been out, but was the driver and had only drank red bull all night. police car follwed me out of town so i kept to the speed limits etc. he was right up my arse though and blinding me slightly as he was in a van and headlights were a bit high. came to a roundabout and i floored it slightly to open a gap, but still never went above the 60 limit. he closed the gap up though so must have been speeding himself. later got to the top of a hill and i touched 65, and that was enough for the blue lights to start flashing. first thing he says is "whats the rush?" are they taking the piss or what? got breathalised too. pissed me off cos my heater blowers fucked and i was wearing a t-shirt and it was snowing so it was a rather cold 5 minutes, plus i had an empty tank and was at work the next day. why do they have to do shit like this for no reason?

I know what you mean mate. I fully understamd why they follow people like this, it stops actual drink drivers and saves lives, but why they have to be arrogant cheeky provocative cunts doing so I have no idea. Makes people hate them

i agree they would get so much more respect and co-operation if they were a lot less cocky. the power just goes to their head! but at the end of the day hey do help save lives so im grateful :)

For no reason? 4 am in a t-shirt? Young male in a car notorious (like it or not) as a boy racer's chariot - must be worth a quick pull just to check surely. You didn't help by trying to speed up.

If in doubt when been followed, just stop somewhere and see if they stop too (even if you know its a police car) see what they do. When they question you as to why your stopping etc. say "because im not happy been followed by a car/van sitting on my arse at 4am, now officer, can i help you?!" :y:
(PS my advise is not always good advise, please use with caution)
