Remove Front Window

Hi,

i cant find out whre it said how to remove front window in a topic...could someone refresh my memory?

i took the panel off, and cut part of the sound deadining and i can see a metal bar with a plastic clip that is sliding up and down the metl bar?


Is this what i need to remove and if so how?

from haynes:

window down window about a quarter of the way down.
"twist and remove" the clip securing the glass and support the glass (dont drop it that will make you angry) and detach it from the slidy up and down bit.
Tilt the glass frowards and release the plastic guide from its groove in the rear edge of the door to glass seal, manipulate the window out.

i can't seem to get that clip! is it like a square bit of plastic on the other side of the glass?

if i could get a pic it would be better to explain

i know the one you mean, from the pictures in the haynes it looks like it has to be twisted to the left or right about a quarter of a turn, then it should pull off
