Yes, its possible...

You'd need a monitor obviously, maybe a dvd headunit.

And you'd need a power inverter. Not sure how many watts, you'd have to check. Maybe 400watts would do the job?

i went to put a ps2 in my car and thought bugger it id never use it anyway

my xbox scratches games/DVDs when it gets tilted from verticle to horizontal (and visa versa) and i think most do this, cant think what going over a bump might do so you probably wont be able to use it when your moving anyway.
