Lose of licnse insurance

My mate lost his provisional license 3 years ago due to drivin on his provisional with no insurance or tax the blonker that he is anyway luckily no one was hurt but now his looking to reapply for his license and buy a car but what insurance companies will he have to look at because im doubtful anyone will wana insure him?

The best bet it to just google it. Put in "convicted insurance" and ring em all.

My dad got banned for 2 years for drink driving, then his next insurance was £30 cheaper than the previous year on the same car! So its definitely worth ringing around, cus he might be pleasantly suprised.

Thats what i told him to do or try bell coz they are usually stupidly cheap is it a reputable company your pa used?
