Well basicaly, if i lean back the bolt nearest the centre console just lifts, tried tightening it and it was fully tight, so im ot exactly sure tbh

Think you weld them from inside the car, we had a few at work that done that, pretty sure all the carpet came up so must have been inside

is it not just crossed?
try taking it out and have a look,if it is just tap it out and get a new bolt or if it'll go back in put a few washers on the bolt to stop it lifting.Use my moto to help 'bodge everything'

you will need to do the following mate
take the seat out
pull the carpet as far back you you can (you will need to take the centre console out and the seat belt bolt at the bottom of the drivers side
then find the bolt that will fall out into the chassis
screw the seat bolt a fgew turns into it
hole the bolt (with some long long long nose pliers where you want the nut to go)
tack it with the welder and then weld round it
fit seta and away you go
