I was driving on a dual carrage way last night, i turned left on a slip road
at 70 mph and a strange tapping noise sounded like it was coming from
the front of the car. smileys/smiley3.gif I was wondering if any one could give me some
advice on what the problem might be?
Cheers

I did turn around to see if it would happen again, and it did.
It only seems to happen when i'm going over 60 mph.

if the bearings are on the way out the wheel hub should feel very warm/hot when driven a short distance.

to check if it's the c.v. joint, listen for a clicking noise when turing e.g. going round a roundabout.
