Just been trying to muddle around with my signature on my outlook for my work email account. I messed it up so started again from fresh. Example see below:

Rob Craven
Account Manager
Suave Inc.

www.random.com
0800 444 444
-------------------------
Blah Blah, security speil.....

Now I used the 'advanced edit' so did it in Word, got in all looking good and sharp again. When I send a new email it appears how I want it to. However as soon as someone replys the email comes back with at line break inbetween, as shown below:

Blah Blah, security speil.....

It also puts in random line breaks when I open an email to reply.

Im thinking it might be something to do with the formatting its being sent in, or maybe the font. I have no idea....

Rep for help. Thanks.x

Change the format to rich text, im guessing its using HTML

Tools Options Mail format > Then change to Rich text, if that doesnt work try HTML and Plain Text

Think its currently in Rich Text format bruva.

Or shall I try removing my signature completely then making it again whilst in rich text format?

We have the same problem in work, change the format to HTML that sorted it for us.

I think Ive had it set to HTML and it didnt seem to do anything. It doesnt seem to add the line breaks for other people signatures. Just mine.....
