Shocks & Springs

Anyone know a place to get just front shocks eitehr standard or uprated at a good price and lowering springs at a good price.
Been quoted £55 roughly for 40mm springs at a local motor factor.
and £65 for front standard shocks just wanting to find a better deal.

POTN ones there are £36.99 so not bad and they are GMAX springs dude :)

Sorry for the DP but if your going for uprated shocks then get them all round and get Bilstein OE replica ones which are some of the cheapest around and very well made :y:
