i', chatting to al about this, maybe it's cos i'm on dial up, but it's not that faster for me,

it says

but it's taking way longer, like 10 secs to load a whole page. yes i know, could be the laptop, dial up all the above!!!

The time in the page footer is how long the server takes to think about your request...

How long it takes for it to actually reach you depends on your connection (it will take longer with dial-up).
