just bought an amp and sub and was wondering if there is any spaces in the bulkhead to put the power cable through? does anyone know were any grommets are.
i hope its not like my mates 106 were we had to drill a hole between the inner and outer wing if you know what i mean
cheers

same throughout the range Yes.
And like you say it is behind the brake servo. Can only just see if if you poke the wiring through from the inside first

Cool, No probs!
Its quite a big rubber grommet, just pass the power wiring through it .
yeah if you take out the glvoe box its miles easier! i had a bit of trouble pushing thru, so i just stuck the wire to the end of a wire coat hanger then pushed that thru, cos the wire kept on bending
the 106 has the exact same grommit, i know cos i have used it a few times on my missus's carsmileys/smiley2.gif

well igot the all the wires through cut myself with a stanley blade trying to burst the grommet. ran all the wires to the boot. should i seoerate the power lead from the rest incase i get a bit of distrosion(so i heard).
and by the way i went to open my sub for the first time and the cone is burst sending it back tomorrow i am well pissed off!!!

i wish someone had told me and my mate that before we started drilling through the wing. smileys/smiley13.gif
if the wires are reasobaly good then placing power and earth or speaker wires together will not cause interference as tehy are insulated. The whole chassis is an earth and no matter wheer you place the speaker leads or anything they will be near or touching the chassis
