Right, my sax has been lowered 50mm all around....
im after getting a lower strut. how much scraping would i get, if any at all.

has anyone got any pics of a lower strut on a sax that has been lowered 50mm. I basically wanna know what sort of clearence i would get.

Have you lowered your sax on stiffer shocks too? tht will help with it not bottoming out as low!

My quiksilver is dropped 50mm on front with a lower brace on, only caught it coming over a bump abit fast! just scraped it mainly!

No its just on springs i think, but the ride is wuite hard, so may be on stiffer shocks. Need to check really!
do you have any pics of it on your Quicksilver?

I havnt at the moment sorry, but you will have about 4" of ground clearance which is enough not to scrape tbh!

A guys with his username Simon has a lower strut brace i believe and hes down 50mm eibachs and billie shocks i think so ask him what he gets

ive got my car to drive hard, it catches all over the shop

im upgrading suspension to bilstein group n's and faulkener springs so will sit alot higher then will be ok

I was gunna ask the same thing as i'll be doing the same.

All speedbumps in the uk should be a regulation height of 50mm so provided you go easy you won't catch on much.. I'm gunna try it anyway.
