Hmmm, this is where email communication or PM's come into their own :P

Suie does not make the items. lmao

There are currently 5 garments on order. The process is longer than I would like, but thats the way things are when Im dealing with low quantity orders.

Your item has been ordered. My printer then needs to order the correct materials and make the item to the saxperience specification. The garment is then posted to me.

When I receive it, I shall re-package it and post it to you first class.

I should receive your item on Friday this week... and if that happens, it will be posted on Saturday and you should receive it by Tuesday.

Quote from the online shop...

If you order a garment with your username included, this may take a little longer to be delivered as the garment will need to be custom made. (Please allow 14 days for your customised clothing to be produced and delivered)

Hope this helps. :A:

The postie delivered the package of garments this morning... a day later than exepcted, but atleast they have now arrived!

I dont have 'proof of postage', as requested via PM but you can see for yourself that your hoodie exists.

I can only apologise again for the delay, which has occurred, but this is out of my control.

In future, please trust the info I give you... I'm not in the habit of lying or being untrustworthy!
