As some of you maybe aware i had to send back my nokia n95 8gb to 02 as it would not let me send messages, it kept saying " memory full please close some applications " only problem being there were no applications open!

Anyways got a new refurbished n95 last week and it was working fine until Friday when again the same message came up, so now 02 sent me a new sim card and its still the same problem sooo i got to send the phone back again!!

Doing my head in, and also i asked o2 if i could have a different handset and they said no until you've had three of the same handsets!

Very annoyed!!:wall:

Tried changing the firmware on it?

I haven't had a problem with my N95 since i got it 4 months ago. Think its been turned off twice in that time. Admittedly mines one of the 'normal' ones (before the 8gb version came out).

But yeah - if it happens a 3rd time, demand a new handset (which they should offer anyhow) and just try and blag as much as you can off of them for the inconveiniance / having to borrow phones / spend money on calls and just ask them for money off your next bill/free texts etc etc

On a serious note, they might say you can get a new handset after 3 problems but orange said that to me but after my third replacement they said it had to be 3 of the same problems. Or 5 different problems. Serious.

When you open apps. on the N95 you have the little blue kind of refresh arrow means you haven't actually closed the application you've just "minimised" it so to speak.

That 8600 is worth more than your N95. The newer version (the 8800) is even more so...

Remember I used to work in phones...

hahaha, i still need some form of proof.

as when i was buying my phone from another guy who works in phones, he told me it was the most expensive phone ever made.
