Hey, is it ok just to change the springs over instead of whole kit?

yeah of course it is mate best springs are reportidly from a lot of sources are the GMC -50mm ones

Oh right kool, thanks for the reply, becoz i read somewhere that if you change the springs then the steering may go weird because the shocks and dampers on the car wont be balanced out or somin!!!!

never heard that. though your shocks will wear out much quicker.

the problem is the std shocks and springs are sized and are a match for each other, fittin lowering springs, is gona unbalance this matched size as the springs will be shorter than the std. ones obviously...doesnt affect ya noticeably...but yeah the shocks will wear quicker
