Seems like their server could be down... maybe your having trouble connecting to it ?

Its been like that since I installed it on monday.

Im connected to internet well, on here, facebook etc.

Although my msn doesnt work.....

are you at work when trying to use it? if so could be a bluecoat or firewall blocking the connection out.
Or it could be you are using a proxy and that is affecting it??

nope, at home on my laptop. Wireless connection.

What is a proxy? *gulp*
