sound deadening

hi does anyone know of any guides for sound proofing your entire boot as i cant seem to find a sticky for it!

mate go to car audio security in hayes. the guys are pretty helpful there and im sure they will tell you about sound proofing your boot (they do boot installs similar to this)

have a read of the stickies mate

its not hard to do, just peel the backing off and stick to the metal and use a mini roller to make sure its in everywhere

where can you buy some decent sound deadening material from? is it like loft insulation?
