Ive recently fitted some new 16" alloys to my 1.0i saxo, the standard wheels were 155/70/13 and the new ones 195/45/16 i was just wandering if this could cause any problems besides rubbing, there is a knocking when i dont accelerate comming from what seems to be under my feet ive checked everything but cant see what causing it, is this just because my traction is out? Any help would be much appreciated!

They shouldnt cause any immediate problems, but over the long term they will cause premature ejaculation of the wheel bearings, wishbones and other suspension components.:P
The knocing noise could be anything from...
Drop links, wishbones, cracked spring, springs not seated properly, ovalled hubs, driveshafts, engine mounts etc etc...
If its bad, then i would recommend you put it into a garage mate.:y:
