This is probably more for the saxo boffins!

WhatI thought was a parking badge on my new saxo turns out to be the N/S door catching the N/S/F 1/4 (wing)

I know the wing will need adjusting, any advice on how to do so? Is it a fk on of a job etc?

Is it only citroens that have this problem?I've never had to do it on any other cars and I know the C4's are murder for it!?

You can move the wing but not by much.
Apart from the bolts along the top of the wing along where the edge of the bonnet sits, theres a 13mm under the rear edge. Ther's another behind where the bumper is secured in front of the wheel and another inside the wing above the repeater lamp in the wing (you need to remove the rear of the arch liner to get to this one.

Theres usually a reason for it scraping - accident damage, a slight knock to the wing would be enough or there's damage to door/hinges. If the door looks like it fits its aperture properly, then try adjusting the wing. If you can't adjust the wing then it's probably a replacement job.
