Amps,sub and components

Hi can u advice me on how to run an additional amp to front components, at the moment im running a vibe slick 12 inch sub and a ja1200d amp which sounds impressive. At the moment i have the standard speakers in the doors,i want to replace the fronts and disconnect the rears. I just want to no the best way to run the second amp and how to disconnect the rears,also im pretty sure my hu has 2 rca outputs which im gonna double check. Any advice would be great!

how meany channels has it got?

it has 2 channels for the comps,my other amp is a 1 channel just for the sub

if youve got two pre out puts on your head unit then just wier it up same as your other one
