40mph on the Motorway!!

How annoying are people that do this? and bloody dangerous!!

Coming up the M1 yesterday, cruising at a steady 70-80 in the inside lane, and without indicating, some woman pulled out in her focus, about 50 ft infront of me, and i had to slam on for her, since she was doing 40mph!

Its just stupid. Im sure you are supposed to get upto the speed of the lane you are moving to, before changing lane, not just swerve in with no indication, making everyone else slam on because they want to get into a diffrent lane.

Needless to say, she got beeped at, some high powered HID's aimed straight into her mirrors, and on the way past got some phat abuse.

Police should crack down on people who are going too slow on the motorway, they are more dangerous than people goin abit too fast!

a kiddy round here was pulled by the police on a dual carriageway for doing something stupid like 45mph.

Dont think people actually realize how dangerous it is, if your not sure then i would say that 60mph is a safeish speed to do, but anything below that causes problems.

Agreed dude! People that can't do the speeds need to get off the road! I remember heading down a single lane road, of which was national speed limit... but this women was doing 25-30mph!!!! Because of this, people where over taking her in stupid places, therefore causing more danger!

Needless to say, i reported her to the po po!

Yeah it's well annoying, I hate people who cut you up or try to get into the lane you're in when you are literally right next to them.... no wonder their are so many accidents nowadays.

I was very temped to swerve infront of her and slam on, then if she went into the back of me, claim her ass off. But thought that might be going abit too far, so i just gave her some abuse at the side of her.

Seriously though, it pissed me rite off, simply because i got flashed from people following me for me having to slam on, so it made me look like a twat aswell.

My driving instructor told me, if anyone has to brake for you pulling out, or changing lane, you would fail your driving test, so if you do it after your test, you should be fined... he was so right

the only time i ever went a speed somewhere near that down a dual carrigeway (a12 it was) was when i had no exhaust, i was doing about 50, could go any faster was a nightmare.

I also hate when you approach the slow car stick your indicator on and the person behind you pulls out 1st!!!! This REALLY pisses me off!

Iv started to take the agressive approach now, puttin my foot down, and gettin faster than the outside lane before i nip into that lane. seems to make it abit of a smoother change.

tis always a nightmare when you have clear right of way... and then you get shit from the driver trying to pull out on you. i was followed by this white van the other day... green traffic lights so i went straight over at full speed with cars infront and behind me... all i heard was wheelspinning van to look in my rear mirror hes right up my arse giving me shit. toyed with him a bit... but if he wasnt so fat and didnt have his 2 handy men in the car i would have pulled over and gev him a fat slap!

I got a renault clio 1.1 and when im on motorways going slightly up hill my speed will drop from 70mph to 40mph. Is this normaly for a 1.1 16v clio. Its dangerous but my car wont go any faster up hill. My insurance should be higher for a smaller engine as slow speed on motorways is just insane.
