Will i go for the SPAX sprint adjustable shocks front and rear or the AVO adjustable shocks from demon tweeks.
Its for a Mk. 2 VTS that has been lower about 50-60mm on unknown springs...... they are red so they are probably PI or G-max? il have to check

i have spax psx (adjustable) which i think are fairly good and to be honest i am very impressed with there performance. Avo are also very good as my cousin had them on his vtr so i suppose its down to personal choice. One thing i can say is that i would proberly not buy them from demon tweeks as i think on some things there are very expensive.

I've got spax psx shocks all round - and I rate them !! Not tried any others but they seem good.
I'm running avo springs with the spax shocks and seems to be a good combination, lowering it around 35mm.
I'd recommend spax shocks!

Avo if you can afford them because they are adjustable and better quality but they will cost more...
Spax are cheaper but still very good. Always go for adjustable if you can :)

if u buy any adjustable shocker the weakest bit is the adjuster so u have to think would u really adjust them when u fitted them an i would think 90 percent of the time people dont .so personally i would not buy ones u adjust save sum more money an buy bilsteins fella

How could we forget Billie's!?
If you can i would go for the B8's or Group N's
Group N's are VERY hard though and may too hard for the standard torsion bar/suspension setup.
