Hi there guys n gals smileys/smiley2.gif can anyone help,
i have a 98 s reg vtr and have ATE pads i think (have prongs on the back to locate into caliper piston).
i have just bought some EBC Greenstuff pads and they are ATE 1s with the prongs on but they also have what i assume is a wear indicator sensor on them (a wire with a plug coming from 2 of the front pads).
im sure my saxo never had these when i replaced them last time?
could i just cut them off if the pads fit??? smileys/smiley5.gif

test the pads to make sure they are defo correct size against the origional pads, if so just cut the wire off.

I say wait cos if they turn out to be wrong they wont accept them back if you have cut the wire off

im sure they are the same shape and defo ATE coz i was given bendix the last time and they were totally different.
can anyone tell me the correct way to fit grooved discs?
i know they need to go a certain way but not 100% certain which way it is? smileys/smiley5.gif

All mine are on with the grooves travelling the direction of the wheels.as this is how it said to do it in the instructions.
Not against the direction.
