My strut tops are bolted in the same on both sides, as is my mates VTR. Ie bottom 2 holes and top right hole. Same for both sides. My passenger side wheel sits noticeably closer to the sideskirt than the drivers side, is this due to the way the strut tops are mounted? If I spin it round so the right is symetrical to the left (bottom 2 and top left) will that push the wheel forward?
Thie passenger side has a brand new wishbone and ball joint BTW....

That's right - saxo's have the same bolt pattern for both sides.
2 bolts nearest the front - and one bolt on the top, on the n/s thread.

Odd answer ,but put your right hand out and your thumb at 90 degrees to you fingers , thats how the strut top bolts look like , both sides the same

That's how mine are.....
Any ideas why the wheel is sitting back? It's had a new wishbone on that side too.....

Not that I can tell. Had the car on a ramp and both mounting points look the same? The guy who I took it to is a good mate and he could'nt see anything un-toward. There's got to be something out somewhere though.
I know thw car has had a light front ender because the bottom cross member is slightly creased and the drivers side wing has been painted but thats the other side? The wishbone was a "Facom" IIRC from a motor factors. Dodgy pattern part?

Measure it with the other side to check , if not take it to a bodyshop / big tyre fitters and get it onto a four wheel laser alighnment (sp) set up

It's been tracked up. It's toeing in one side and out the other so everything is parrallel but it's common for them to crab apparently. It's only 2 degrees though, lol.
What am I measuring? Hub centre to sideskirt?

Has to be inline with the back wheels or it's fighting against them. It doesnt pull to one side and the wheel is dead centre. Before it was tracked the wheel sat back in the arch so it's not tracking related. Any other ideas?
