two single voice coil 12" pioneer subwoofers. 4 ohm 450 watts rms each. he said a jbl 1201.1 as its a powerful amp and cheaply priced. He had them on a alpine mrd 1000 digital monoblock amp wired in series for 2 ohm. their in a custom made ported box built to the correct specs so could do with an amplifier with a subsonic filter, even tho the jbl doesn't have one i know you can buy them seperate. any ideas? money is the issue unfortunately! cheers

The JBL 1201.1 is an awesome amp for the money and it will power them a treat mate!

You can get it on ebay for about £125 iirc!

Heres how to wire them up...
