well done you so your upto about 2 hours of non smoking so far? as you dont smoke when you sleep give it a couple of days and then come back nd let us know your progress... smoking is an addiction it isnt that easy to quit!!!

I used to smoke, but then quit, didnt really like it anyway just used to like the nicotine rush.
Ive completly stopped smoking now.... and moved onto harder drugs, caffeine.
