Steering squeek

hey,

i get a squeek from my steering collum when i turn my wheel. wat is it? its been gettin worse? really annoyin when ur parkin. someone said i should spray wd40 down it???

i've got the same fing.but mines really quiet n can only be heard if the radi is turned off and no1's talking.so mine eint a problem.i hav neva thougth about sortin it out.

dont think its a fault, its just the power steering at work! mine and every1 i know with a saxo does the same!

some cars it can be a bit noisy thats all, id of thought it was nothing to worry about m8

na i can hear the power steering too. its like sumfin aint lubricated. just dont want to stick oil down if there is a better way?????

i can hear it even when the engine is switced off. its not gonna fall off or anythin but its one off those wee things i would like sorted.

any other ideas?????????
