a very good mate of mine came of off his bike and got his leg pulled in to the rear swing arm and his foot got pulled in to the spokes. he nearly lost his foot but he is going in on friday to get a bone from a dead body put in to his leg as the bone is dead and will not heal. smileys/smiley11.gif

ouch! motorbikes hav always scared me! my ex had one and i hated him goin on it. one of my dads friends lost a leg in a motorbike accident and relatives of friends have been killed in motorbike accidents! smileys/sad.gif nasty things!

yeah i know a couple of people that have been in bad accidents. my cousins mate came off worse tho - was hit by one when he was out drinking. bloke went through a red light & piled into him. bike ended up miles down the road and my cousins mate was thrown down another road. smileys/smiley5.gif

motorcyclists drain NHS resources!

More beds in Intesive care are filled with injured motorcyclist than with
people doing stupid things after alcohol.

The worst people in there are the people who mix motorbike and
alcohol!! They are the people who do major damage to themselves and
others!

i agree mate - but he was out drinking with his mates. nowhere near a bike himself - until it came flying down the road & hit him (after going through a red light)
