but the whole thread started because a tom (quikpug00) had a run in with a vtr who cut him up and nearly caused him to have an accident. because of a run in, he decided to basically said he is fed up of...

"vtr drivers and their vtr attitude".

only SOME owners have this so-called attitude. if im challenged by another car, i dont go slagging off everybody who owns that car but simply say something about that certain individual.

i think we all agree that everyone shouldn't be stereotyped just coz of one t**t that annoys someone. Unfortunately this happens quite a lot, and it can just be because you're in a modded motor rather than the actual car you drive.

everyone has different opinions of cars (& possibly their drivers) but shouldn't go tarring all owners with the same brush. some people just need to learn how to vent their frustration about one driver without having a go at everyone with the same car assuming they'll be as bad.

it seems ppl are getting far too involved in it, and taking it too much too personally to me, dont get me wrong, i like a good heated debate, but when it starts getin personal, thats when it starts getting out of hand!

but if u step back from the arguement for a minute and look at wots being said, then next time u see someone driving a Saxo, Peugeot, Fiesta, Corsa, etc etc... u will see that it happens with everyone, u will always see people trying to race u, cutting u up, etc...

but i must say thru personal experience, ive had the most trouble (well not trouble, but annoying attitude) from Fiat Punto's!!!

i agree with Kris, to an outsider everyone that drives a modified car is a boy racer. i think that has a lot to do with mags,especially max power which has gone from being a decent tuning mag( in the mid-late 90's), to being basically a wank mag for 15 year olds, and tells 17 year old that it's cool to drive like a dick, and the police are all wankers. unfortunately this 'max power' image is gonna stick with everyone with a modded car. but i mod my car coz that's the way i want it to be and personally i don't give a fuck what anyone thinks of my car- i built it for me, and i'd rather drive my modded sax than some of the standard shite being made today.
