Need more info where to meet or even if there is a Convoy in my surrounding area.

a million threads on convoys dotted around the forums but mostly in the events forum. Even if you go to the ground yourself the stewards will direct you like they did with us last year

yeh as scott said as that is what happened last year. as long as you clearly display your show pass then you have nothing to worry about. also have a look at the fcs map, which shows you where the sax-p stand is.
