Well it's been a while since I posted on here, with me moving house I have not really had chance to be on the net.. that and I have not had the net for a month.
Anyway, me and ash detailed this skyline last week. It's a mate of cammedvtr on here, i'd said i'd sort it out for him before rising sun so kept to my promise and did. She came out well, was very impressed. Took us long enough though, a good 10 hours with 2 porter cables working.
Car was cleaned as normal, washed, clayed, washed, dried. Arches treated with poorboys de-greaser, wheels cleaned with menzerna wheel and tyre gel 7.5. I'll skip the shit because most of you know how my details work, everything was covered.

Defect removal, test area was marked out. Menz IP and a polishing pad failed, so Menz IP and a cutting pad were used and passed with flying colours. Took a couple of hits but you know the score,

Second place in show and shine, should have been 1st but it appears the judges are as blind as stevie wander and don't count scratches on a cars paint work as a defect. I'm not pissed off.. honest.
Owner (Andy) was over the moon with it, was not happy when he seen what car won and the defects but hey at least he got a trophey.
