guessing by pre-out u mean rca leads.. the rca leads will carry sound from your headunit to the amp.. then the speaker wire carrys sound from your amp to the speakers

i dno if i got what you were saying right.. so sorry if im completely off lol

2 x 100 @ 4 ohms stereo
+ 1 x 240 @ 4 ohms bridged

thats what it would run so bridging a sub would put out 240 rms and that would use two channels up

then you have two left over that would run 2 x 100 watts for the front speakers

what speakers and sub do you have exaclty

also imo sony headunits and vibe amps are useless theres much better out there for less money

yes mate, the headunit you have will most likely be able to change the settings for each set of speakers so you have more control on adjusting them

so use the sub out for the sub and the front set for the front speakers and so on

is that what you wanted??

Surely it goes without saying that for for the sub you use the sub out, for the front speakers you use the front pre out and for the rear, guess what you would use... Lol

Well for the sub you are going to have to bridge either the fron or the rear channel to get it to run the sub.

So what you want to do is...

Run the rca from the front output of the head unit to the front input on the amp, then from the sub output on the head unit to the rear on the amp. Then bridge the rear channel of the amp to power the sub. All is good mate!;)
