Am I relieved? Worried? Anxious?
Not sure, but I'm leaving my first ever job, where I have worked almost three years today at 18:00. Thankfully I've got the numbers of the people I want to keep in contact with (most of the company) and I am going for drinks with them tonight.
This feels weird though. When you left the first job, a career path setting job, how did you feel?

jesus christ just leave lol
i felt sad when i left my favourite job
but nohting you dont get over reeally
First job I left on bad terms, I walked out due to health & safety issues. Basically they wanted me to put my life at risk, so the guy I was working with told me to F**K off home, so I did just that.
I left Morrisons yesterday, probably best thing I have done to be honest so I would call that leaving 'properly'. It wasn't emotional or that, just more like 'Well end of era kind of thing'.

Where will you be working? What will you be doing?
Oh, and yeah, tonight it's my leaving do, just a few drinks but AFAIK I don't have to buy a single one and most members of staff have said they'll buy me a drink. So that's like 10 free drinks. I will turn around and on another couple of tables will be my friends 21srt, more of a reason to get ratarsed!

I will never leave here....
They let me sleep here if I lose my flat keys

Company called WSP Management Services.
They are worldwide company, they do designing and overseeing the work of buildings and roads etc. I believe they have designed the building that now stands on the twin towers site.
I'm doing accounts work, but working towards an AAT qualification. I'll be dealing with invoices, VAT returns, reports and designing Excel sheets using 'VLookup' and Macros.
It seems pretty relaxed as another lad from Morrisons is there. He said there is a kitchen there, use mobile, internet, e-mail etc, get your own cordless phone at the desk and said the office is quite laid back.

AAT?
Sounds like a pretty laid back company to work for. Let me know how it goes.

lol, bitch!
Thanks though.
Oh and your Clio is an inspiration. Thinking about getting one myself. Cross between a 182 (For the price), but don't like the ass. Otherwise I think I'll go for a VTS or splash out and get a 197 sport. What do you think?
Could start a huge debate here, but bang for buck... the 1*2's piss allover the 197, CTR's etc and pretty much most things (apart from VTS.) Depends what you want dude. If you have the money get a 197Cup or a CTR as they are great if you can afford them. But for the same money you could have an amazing 1*2...
Thanks for the comment on my car x

It's just the back end of the 172s and the 182s that I don't like. Looks like a fat ass, I like mine, well, sleek and to have a little more shape.
If I got a Clio it would have to be in the colour of yours, love that blue. Plus the white "go faster" stripe adds 2 BHP ;)
History lesson for Screw... they aint go fastah stripes...
Off the R8 Gordini... Legendary

Sexy, absolute sex!
You're twisting my leg. What's the insurance like for you? Is yours a 2.0 ? Have you any NCB?
I've had two crashed resulting in over £12,000.00 damage in one year... so my insurance will be double yours ;)
Its £850 ish for me. Im 23 with 4 NCB and pass plus. Its a group 16 car and yes its a 2.0 16v lol
Good luck at getting insurance on one of them if you have £12000 to your insurance name.

Basically to all appearances I'm still a student. I get up when I want, do work when I want, take holidays when I want, I'm at university so have a packed out social life... was out tuesday, yesterday and tonight, going out tomorrow, going to thorpe park on tuesday, raving next wednesday, thursday, friday. When I'm actually working, I'm tweaking the race car we have, then I go test it round the uni... I'm the leadery person so to speak, I don't control the budget but I simply ask for stuff to be ordered and the uni pays.
Best of all I'm getting paid for it
In essence I'm living the dream full on.
No chance of anything quite so good in the job world I'm guessing... which sucks :(

Sounds pretty friggin' good to me mate.
Saying you wont find anything like that isn't true. You could always start your own business. OK, so you have to build it up but once "on top" you'll be able to do as you want predicting you have someone you trust looking after the business while you're out wrecked.
