Anyone know what happened to my old VTS?

I sold my old Icelandic grey VTS 2 1/2 years ago and recently checked on a website to see if was insured and it isn't which makes me think it has been written off.
It was a MK2, lowered 50mm on apex springs/dampers with a K and N induction kit registration KP52 WTA.

I miss it and hate to think it has been killed!

But, when my dad was like.. 20.. he had a sports car..

We saw it on a website last year (like.. 25 years later..) And it still races about! Unbelievable!

Which one? I checked ASKMID and it is not insured which is what made me think it was written off.

Just had a quick check and the plate is not currently insured. Might be SORN or something or the current owner might have put a private plate on?

Chances are though knowing saxos, its dead :sad:

If it had been written off it would say null on their database.

My mum's old G reg Fiesta is on the DB showing as untaxed, I can't believe that is still around but is showing on the database (not insured either)

But the Fiesta shows NULL in the type approval, so is written off?
There is hope yet then for the Saxo, maybe it is a track beast now?!

Cars I know which have definately been written off say Unlicensed but Vehicle Type Approval null, which that one doesn't.

So yes maybe it's being transformed, but it should really be SORN.

dont know if your still on here or not but she's still alive, running just under 200bhp on the original reg was off road for a while whilst i rebuilt her. she's a fast road car now in the southend area! :) I'll upload some pics shortly.
