Ive only had my saxo a few weeks and i think ive been caught speeding 40 in a 30 the copper in the van was not in sight when i came round the corner, dont you just hate them vans Grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!
never been caught - im lucky!!
it'll only b points and a nuaghty course wont it?

well, its law that you have to recieve an n.i.p. (notice of intended prosecution) within two weeks after the alleged offence. if you do not receive anything within this period, they they cannot prosecute.
if you are prosecuted then i would think you're looking at 3 points and a £60 fine, unless your partner/husband says he was driving!?!

it usually doesn't affect your insurance unless you have more than 6 points. as long as you notify them, then they should be ok.
anything over 6, then you're considered to be a HIGH RISK.

the next BIG/OFFICAL guildford cruise is sunday 5th june. i will post a thread in the events section nearer the time (probably on monday).
saxx, its over 2 hours from you!!!
btw, please dont get into a habbit of going EVERY sunday as they are not the LEGAL ones.

hmmm i didnt think so but normally i just drive to the crew and then they drive me to the location!!
im normally at a cruise on a sunday - fareham last weekend!
