Right My Mate has a posi blue vts

not a clue how its faded(left under a tree maybe)

but the back bootlid is a different colour to the vt kit and the arches on one side only.

other side is perfect match.

i said to him mayb slowly t cut the rear bootlid and try and match it up.

as its a darker colour.

anyone have any ideas?:y:

If the bootlid is a darker colour to the rest of the car, then it's possibly not the same paint on it.

But if it is just surface contamination, then it can be rectified by using a machine polisher and a medium abrasive compound such as Menz Intensive Polish :y:

yeah pics up for the best solution, if its posi blue it shouldnt fade since its a metallic paint and will be lacquered to get the shine.

clay bar it, failing that get some G10 or G3 on it with a good polish
